Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Delivery charges

Our delivery charge is a flat rate of £3 per order.  We are only able to deliver to within the UK.

Delivery times

We know you will be desperate to get your goodies, but please note: all our merchandise is printed to order, so delivery may take up to 7 working days.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your set U free goodies, and not need to have the hassle of returning them. We have provided a size chart to help you chose the right size for you. However, we understand that sometimes things are just not right, and so we do offer a returns and exchange policy.

Refund within 7 days

You have a no fault legal right to return a product bought from our online store if you are unhappy with it for any reason, provided that you inform us within 7 days of the date of your purchase.

Please send us an email at jennie@setufree.co.uk stating the reason why you are unhappy with your item and that you would like a refund.  Then post your item to:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund after 7 days

After 7 days, we are only able to accept returns if the item is faulty and it is within one month from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return after 7 days, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

If one month has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send us an email at jennie@setufree.co.uk, stating what the fault is with the item and that you would like a refund. Then post your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will usually be processed within 7 working days. We will send you an email to let you know when we have done this, or to inform you of any delays.

If you are shipping items to us, you should consider using a trackable postage service and getting proof of posting as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items lost in transit to us will not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
